Returns and refunds
If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right.
If something is wrong
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or put it right.
If you changed your mind
Write to us as soon as you can after delivery. Please keep the piece unused and in its original packing, and we will tell you what can be done.
Handmade pieces
Each piece is finished by hand, so shade, weight and finish can differ a little from the photos. This is part of how handmade brass looks, and is not a fault.
