Do you ship all over India?
Yes. We ship to addresses across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, on orders of Rs. 299 and above. Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, the tracking details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Message us as soon as you can with your order number. If it has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change it.
About our pieces
What are the pieces made of?
Each product page says what the piece is made of. Where it says pure brass or copper, that is the metal it is made from.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is finished by hand, so shade, weight and finish can differ a little. The size on the product page is the one to go by.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes. In your bag, tick This is a gift and write a short message. It is saved with your order.
